Self-reflection and Self-regulation of students in virtual environments

In a world crowded with ideas, challenges and with an increasingly fast pace of life, it is important to efficiently manage the time and resources available, keeping in mind a clear objective about what you intend to achieve.


Today, decision-making is full of adversities and flooded with a large amount of information and data that makes it increasingly difficult to make the right decision. However, there are tools and methodologies that facilitate the planning of actions to be taken in order to achieve a specific objective and thus, avoid or try to anticipate all those factors that may cause a delay or deviation from an action path.



The virtual education student may have the misperception that this type of environment can be relatively easy or that they do not require more effort, but when he begins to get involved with it, he realizes that he will require more strength from himself. willingness to carry out assigned activities.



It should be noted that the first step to be taken in each individual will be given by the motivation or need that leads them to carry out a specific activity, without leaving aside the social, family, cultural factors, moral reasoning, and even self-reflexives that move them. to carry out an undertaking of any nature.



This proposal aims to show a route of action to be followed by the student in virtual environments, which teaches him or reaffirms his learning abilities, using self-reflection as a critical analysis of himself.



The perseverance and perseverance in the process of self-regulation in the students will guarantee in them not only academic success but also build in them the formation of a character that allows achieving the ideal of competent and autonomous student.
